Refund policy

At Arrow Creek Beef, we take great care to ensure every order is delivered with the highest quality and freshness. Because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policy is different from that of non-perishable retailers.

Deposits for Whole, Half, and Quarter Beef

We accept deposits to reserve whole, half, or quarter beef orders. These deposits are non-refundable until after delivery has been completed. Once your beef has been delivered, the deposit will be applied toward your total balance.


Quality Guarantee & Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues such as:

  • Defective or damaged packaging,

  • Incorrect items received,

  • Concerns about product condition at delivery,

contact us right away at info@arrowcreekbeef.net so we can review and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of beef products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted. This policy ensures food safety for all our customers.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on perishable beef products.

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can assist you.


Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a product or delivery issue, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
