Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup, scheduled for delivery, or shipped.
Local Pickup
Orders can be picked up by appointment. Pickup details will be arranged once your order is processed.
Local Delivery
Free delivery is available within the Westman/Brandon area on scheduled days. Customers will be notified of their delivery time in advance.
Insulated Shipping
For customers outside the local delivery area, orders are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness. Tracking information is provided when available.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once your order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for handling and storing the beef transfers to the customer. Arrow Creek Beef is not responsible for product condition after successful delivery or pickup.
Missed Deliveries or Pickups
If no one is available to accept delivery or an order is not picked up as scheduled, we will work with you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply. Due to the perishable nature of beef, unclaimed orders may not be refundable.
